About.com’s websearch Guide has compiled a handy cheat sheet for Ask.com. There are lots of handy things you can type into the search box, since Ask has a ton of smart answers, and this sheet has a bunch you may not have heard of.

Turns out there are cool search operators like “ringtone:”, “phone number -name-:”, “wallpapers:”, “facts on:”, and many others.
Also, Ask ran a wonderful tribute on 9/11:

I didn’t see any other search engines doing anything for 9/11. It was the fifth anniversary, you know. Hmm. I’m watching United 93 right now (just came out on DVD), and I’m glad to see that Ask still remembers.
UPDATE: Listening to user requests, Ask put up the full-size (1,285 x 864) high-res image. It should make a good wallpaper:
